Refund policy

All Tago products are eligible for full refund on the basis that Tago Cards receives a cancellation request within 1-2 days after purchase. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. To enquire about a refund please email our team on refunds@tagocards.com and send us all the relevant details (reason for refund, how you want the refund processed, etc.).

In the unfortunate event your product is faulty due to software or application malfunction that is beyond repair by Tago Cards. Tago Cards will endeavour to provide full refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of purchase are granted a full refund and backed by our 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
